1. Information We Collect Through Cookies

2. Purpose of Collection

We use the following types of Collection Technologies for the purposes described below:

  • Necessary Cookies

These cookies and other Collection Technologies are strictly necessary for the Sites to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. These includes Collection Technologies that allow you access to our Sites, applications, and tools that are required to identify irregular website behavior, prevent fraudulent activity, improve security, or allow you to make use of our functionality.

  • Preference Cookies

These Collection Technologies allow our Sites to remember information that changes the way the Site behaves and looks, like your preferred language or region that you live in.

  • Social Media Platforms

Our Sites may contain social media buttons, such as for LinkedIn, Meta (formerly known as Facebook), and Twitter, which might include widgets such as the “share this” button or other interactive mini programs). These features may collect personal information such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these platforms are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

The cookies we use for our sharing tools are provided by a company named ShareThis, which is headquartered at 4005 Miranda Ave., Suite 100, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The ShareThis sharing tool allows you to directly share posts from our Sites to your friends group on certain social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as through your personal email.  If you choose to opt out of or block these cookies, the ShareThis sharing tool may not be available to you when you visit our Sites.   • Site Behavior Cookies

These Collection Technologies may be used by us or third parties to track visitors across websites, including to display advertisements across other websites that are relevant for the individual user. 3. How to Modify Your Cookie Preferences

  • Cookie Consent Tool. When you visit one of our Sites that collects personal information through Collection Technologies, you will be presented with a banner which offers you a choice about whether to accept or reject our use of cookies and similar tracking technologies, the use of which may constitute a “sale” or “share” of personal information under applicable law. If you wish to amend your choices, you can do so by clicking the paperclip icon found in the bottom left footer of our website. Please note that your request to opt-out of sale/sharing will be linked to your browser identifier only. If you use a different computer or Internet browser to access our sites, you will need to renew your cookie management choices.
  • Global Privacy Control. You may exercise your right to opt-out of certain types of Collection Technologies by broadcasting an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal).
