Appriss Retail Holdings, Inc. (“Appriss Retail”) and its family of companies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the third-party service providers we work with may use cookies and other tracking technologies on our websites, including www.apprissretail.com (collectively, the “Sites”), to operate our Sites, remember your preferences, personalize content, collect analytics, optimize functionality, and allow us and third parties to serve you marketing materials and advertisements.

1. What are Cookies and What We Collect

2. Types of Cookies We Use

These cookies and other Collection Technologies are used to track visitors to our Sites by counting visits and traffic sources. 3. Consent: How We Obtain and Confirm Your Choices
When you visit our Sites, we will present you with a cookie consent banner that offers you choices about whether to accept or reject Collection Technologies.
You may modify your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the black and white privacy toggle icon found in the bottom left footer of our Sites. Note that your choices are browser-specific; you must renew your choices if you use a different browser or device.
4. How to Control Cookies
- Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal. If you broadcast a GPC signal, we will interpret it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your Personal Information and targeted advertising and will confirm that your opt-out has been honored. GPC must be enabled for each browser and browser extension you use. GPC does not affect the operation of strictly necessary cookies.

5. Third Party Providers
We may work with third-party service providers for analytics, advertising, and social sharing. These third parties may set their own cookies governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We review our third-party provider relationships periodically to ensure accuracy of disclosures in this Cookie Notice.
A current list of third-party providers and the cookies they deploy is available through the cookie preference center accessible via the black and white privacy toggle icon in the bottom left of the Site footer. We review and update this list on a regular basis.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Our Sites do not currently respond to DNT browser signals beyond our GPC compliance described above. We will update this section if we implement DNT response mechanisms in the future.

We will update this Cookie Notice periodically to reflect changes in applicable law or our data practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
