The 2022 conference and hotel rooms are in the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, 14651 Chelonia Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32821. Premium rooms sell out quickly and are only available by phone. You will be charged a one-night deposit when you book; this will be refunded if you need to cancel and do so at least 72 hours before arrival. Conference attendees are responsible for their hotel rooms and incidentals. The room block closes March 9, 2022. User Conference registration closes on March 31, 2022.

The $35 per day resort fee has been waived making these perks free.
Many hotels in Orlando add a “resort fee” even if they’re not resorts. These fees can add up to $40 per night. When you stay at this hotel in the Appriss Retail room block you receive these benefits:

The hotel does not offer airport shuttle service. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 minutes away. Orlando/Sanford Airport (SFB) is 60-75 minutes away.
Please pick up your badge on-site at the registration desk 5:00-7:00 PM on Monday or half an hour before the start of each day’s sessions. The registration desk is a permanent structure on the Ponce de Leon Ballroom foyer.
The welcome reception on Monday lasts from 6:00-7:30 PM and includes heavy apps and an open bar.
Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday is on your own schedule. When you pick up your badge you will be provided with two vouchers for Tesoro Cove restaurant, one for each day. The voucher covers the cost and gratuity for the breakfast buffet, juice, and coffee or tea.
Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday will be served in the Deep Blu restaurant on the lobby level of the hotel. The whole restaurant is reserved for our group.
Dinner Tuesday evening will be in Tesoro Cove which will be transformed exclusively for our event.
We value you and encourage everyone attending the conference to make the group’s health a priority. Please consider your own health and comfort with the information below when deciding to attend. Select sessions will be recorded and made available to all customers after the event regardless of whether they attended the conference.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation including US federal and CDC guidance, state and local laws, and guidance from the hotel property for changes and additional requirements. Appriss Retail reserves the right to amend this COVID-19 Event Policy in any way and at any time.
By registering for and/or attending the conference, you (i) acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to communicable disease, including, but not limited to, COVID-19, in any public place where people are present, (ii) freely and voluntarily assume any and all risks related to such exposure, (iii) agree to follow all such guidance and laws, as well as any health and safety instructions, guidelines, or standards for the conference which may be posted on-site or otherwise provided to you by Appriss Retail, and (iv) release Appriss Retail from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including attorney fees) which are related to, arise from or out of, or are in any way connected to such exposure or enforcement of such instructions, guidelines, or standards, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses are caused by the negligence of Appriss Retail.
What steps is the hotel taking and what are their requirements?
The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek has implemented these cleaning and behavior protocols.
Is a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test required?
Yes. Attendees must show their photo ID and proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test when they pick up their badges. (Documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 in the past 90 days can be substituted for a negative COVID-19 test result.) Physical vaccination cards and IDs, photos of vaccination cards and IDs, and apps showing these items are all acceptable. Test results must be validated by testing site or an at-home test validation agency. The test cannot be both self-administered and self-reported.
If you are unable to be either vaccinated or tested, please reach out to the customer success team for possible accommodation.
The Orlando, FL city website lists current testing sites. Onsite testing is not available.
Are face coverings required at the event?
The nature of conferences makes continuous social distancing impractical. Therefore, we request that you wear a mask while in our indoor conference areas unless you are eating or drinking. Masks are encouraged in other areas of the hotel.
Please respect that some people are uncomfortable with person-to-person contact since this is a known source for disease spread.
If I am sick and cannot attend, can I get a refund?
Any costs charged by Appriss Retail will be refunded. We will not be responsible for any expenses, damages, or losses from other sources, including the hotel or transportation.

Attendees visiting from abroad should consider both U.S. Department of State and their home country’s requirements related to travel prior to making arrangements. Also check with your hotel to ensure you meet their current requirements.
